Registration Cancellation, No Show,
Refund & Course Credit Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes you have to cancel a training you so wanted to attend. That is why we created a policy to ensure that you can still attend at a later date.
Just follow the guidelines below and you will be set to go.
Course credit will be given to any participant/company if notification is given at least 3 full business days prior to the date of the course. Participants and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if the participant/company does not request the course date at least 3 business days prior to the course date. The course credit must be used by the end of the calendar year.
If you find it necessary to cancel your registration for a Companionship workshop or instructor training, please contact the Pathways to Promise office immediately at email@example.com or 314-810-2234.
Full/Partial refunds will be given to any participant/company canceling at least 3 full business days prior to the course. Participant and/or companies will incur all charges with no refund if participant/company cancel at least 3 business days prior to the course.
If course materials are sent to the participant/company will be responsible for the material and administrative fee cost of $25.00 and will be refunded the course fee.
A no call, no show is an absence from the class without notifying Pathways to Promise. Refunds or course credits will not be allowed for anyone registered for a class and does not show or attend.
